• As NBNCo’s Tenant Representative, CRS has managed the acquisitions of 24 facilities to date.
• Our largest transaction was for Citigroup Australia, for which we saved A$2.5 million on the rent review of its 34,000m2 head office in Sydney.
• Our smallest transaction was for the American Chamber of Commerce, for which we relocated its Melbourne office to its new 140m2 premises.
