In November 2010, NBN Co Limited, the Australian Commonwealth Government entity tasked to design, build and operate the new National Broadband Network across Australia, has selected CRS Tenant Representation Services to assist with the nationwide rollout of NBNCo Office and Industrial leasehold facilities throughout Australia. Acting as NBNCo’s Tenant Representative, CRS has completed the acquisition of 24 facilities to date.

During 2005/2009 while Citigroup Pty Limited outsourced to CRS all of its real estate transactions in Australia/NZ, the appointment covered every Capital City CBD & Metropolitan market; and included all property types, ranging from 34,000 m2 Sydney head office, CBD & suburban offices & retail branches, call centres, data centres, disaster recovery facilities, child care facilities, to stand-alone ATMs.
